FAQ · 01Do you haul the boat out of the water?+
Never. I work dockside at your slip, on-trailer at your storage yard, or wherever the boat lives. No haul-out fees, no marina coordination — I bring everything.
FAQ · 02How long does each service take?+
Wash & Wax runs 2–3 hours depending on boat size. Full Detail is a full day — plan on 6–8 hours for a typical 25–30 ft vessel. Oxidation Removal varies by severity; I quote time alongside price after a condition inspection.
FAQ · 03What size boats do you work on?+
Everything from 18 ft ski boats to 40+ ft cruisers. Price scales with linear footage. I quote per job, not per hour, so you know the number before I show up.
FAQ · 04Do I need to be present?+
No. Most captains hand off the keys and head to work. I send a start photo, a finish walkthrough video, and a written condition report when I'm done. You can be there if you want — I just don't require it.
FAQ · 05What's in the 12-month polymer sealant?+
I use a marine-grade synthetic polymer — not a carnauba wax. It bonds to oxidized and fresh gel-coat alike, repels water, and holds UV block for a full season. It's the reason a Full Detail holds longer than a basic wash.
FAQ · 06When will Ceramic Coating be available?+
